PUBLIC NOTICE TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE TROIS-RIVIÈRES PORT AUTHORITY

Hereby notice is given that Trois Rivières Port Authority’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Gouverneur Hotel, Trois-Rivières – Salon Montréal/Trois-Rivières, May 11, 2010, at 1:30 pm. in presence of the auditors Dessureault, Leblanc, Lefebvre, LLP

This meeting is open to public.

Please take note that the audited financials statements are available for public consultation during working hours at the head office of the Port Authority located at 1545, du Fleuve, suite 300, Trois-Rivières, (Québec) G9A 6K4.

This public notice is given accordingly to sections 34 and 35 of the Canada Marine Act.

NOTICE OF REVISION OF HARBOUR DUES AT THE TROIS-RIVIÈRES PORT AUTHORITY

(Article 51 of the Canada Marine Act)

Please be informed that the Trois-Rivières Port Authority proposes an average increase of 0.5 % wharfage, berthage and harbour dues in conformity with a proposition dated September 9, 2009. The revised dues will be effective starting January 1st, 2010.

SECURITY DUES

Further to our public notice (copy hereby) this is to inform you that beginning October 1st, 2004 a charge of $30 per hour will be imposed on ships targeted by the Marine Transportation Security Act. This charge will be applied for the whole time the ships are berthed.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Trois-Rivières Port Authority (TRPA), by virtue of Article 51 of the Canada Marine Act, hereby gives notice that it proposes to set a Security charge.

The Security charge will be applicable to ships subject to the Marine Transportation Security Regulations.

The Security charge will be invoiced at an hourly rate of 35 dollars for the work of security officers.

The proposal is in conformity with the powers granted to the TRPA by virtue of Article 49 of said Act and this, sixty days subsequent to the present publication. For all questions or comments concerning the present notice, please write to:
