| 3. |
1) In this section “winter season” means the period that begins on the closing and ends on the opening of the St.Lawrence Seaway. |

2) Berthage charges for a vessel moored continuously in the harbour during the winter season and not engaged in commercial activity during that season are: |

a) For vessels under 92 m in length |

3) Berthage for a vessel moored as described in subsection (2) and engaged in commercial activity during any part of that season is the sum of the following charges: |

Notwithstanding the rates specified in this schedule, the minimum charge for berthage or anchorage is: |
